We may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed before you subscribe and may change with notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you'll receive a full refund. After the 30-day window, we don't offer refunds for partial periods.
Monthly Plans: We don't offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't accept a price change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
We strive to keep Lyra available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We're not liable for any disruption in service.
We're constantly improving Lyra. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll try to notify you of significant changes, but we're not obligated to do so.
If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid subscription, we'll provide reasonable notice and may offer a prorated refund if you choose to cancel.
Lyra integrates with third-party services (AI providers like Anthropic and Google, payment processing via Stripe, infrastructure via Google Cloud/Firebase). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their actions or policies.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. This will remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We'll try to provide notice when reasonable, but we're not obligated to do so.
If we terminate your account for cause, you're not entitled to a refund. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
